This role analyzes market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to negotiate and close complex deals with industry stakeholders to ensure profitability and long-term partnership value. **Responsibilities Include:** - Guide R&D decisions and company trajectory in the market - Create and maintain relationships with DoD decision-makers - Assess customer needs and competitive threats to drive quote and proposal generation that meets mission objectives - Direct all phases of contract execution and delivery with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance, planning, resourcing, hiring, and risk management for successful technical performance - Arrange business meetings with existing and prospective customers. Prepare and lead customer on-site and remote engagements, to include any necessary briefing materials.
