About the Role As Flow’s Director of Business Development, you’ll be at the forefront of building and scaling our B2B partnerships — bringing bold ideas, trusted relationships, and new opportunities to our properties. You’ll tap into your network of businesses and organizations seeking housing, office space, relocation, event solutions, or advertising opportunities, helping Flow grow its footprint in untapped markets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves to build, sell, and lead teams that turn big opportunities into lasting partnerships. We believe our team is better together.
