The role enables data- and evidence-informed decision-making by transforming complex cross-market intelligence, medical assessments, operational data, and scientific engagement insights into clear, actionable strategic guidance that strengthens Medical Affairs impact across the enterprise. A key focus is the identification of performance trends, capability gaps, and strategic opportunities across geographies, ensuring continuous improvement in execution quality, organizational alignment, and decision effectiveness. Operating as a strategic partner to senior Medical Affairs leadership, the role ensures alignment between global strategy, regional priorities, and execution, enabling consistent performance tracking from strategic intent through execution. The position also leads external benchmarking and capability analytics initiatives, leveraging insights from a broader external advisory ecosystem, including STEM Healthcare, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), IQVIA, and other leading life sciences consulting and analytics organizations, to assess Medical Affairs maturity, identify best practices, and strengthen analytics-enabled decision-making capabilities. Ultimately, the role ensures that insights, analytics, and planning outputs are translated into more effective Medical Science Liaison (MSL) engagement models, strengthening field medical effectiveness, scientific dialogue, and external stakeholder engagement. By enabling higher-quality and more impactful medical interactions across all geographies, the role contributes to improved scientific understanding, supports better-informed healthcare decision-making, and ultimately helps improve patient access to appropriate therapies and health outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Analytics & Insights** - Lead the development of integrated **Medical Affairs analytics frameworks, performance models, and insight systems** across **international markets, EU4+UK, and intercontinental affiliates**. - Transform complex **medical, scientific, operational, and engagement data** into actionable strategic insights. - Identify **trends, risks, opportunities, and capability gaps** through advanced analytics. - Develop and maintain executive **dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks** to monitor Medical Affairs impact. - Generate actionable insights from scientific engagement and medical activities. - Ensure consistency in **data standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks**. - Apply **predictive and advanced analytics** to support planning, prioritization, and resource optimization. **Medical Planning & Insights** - Support the integrated **Medical Affairs planning cycles** aligned with global strategy. - **Close collaboration with the Medical Excellence** team to execute and evaluate the quality of medical affairs projects implementation - Implement frameworks to evaluate **scientific engagement quality, field medical effectiveness, stakeholder impact, and execution consistenc…
