The role enables data- and evidence-informed decision-making by transforming complex cross-market intelligence, medical assessments, operational data, and scientific engagement insights into clear, actionable strategic guidance that strengthens Medical Affairs impact across the enterprise. A key focus is the identification of performance trends, capability gaps, and strategic opportunities across geographies, ensuring continuous improvement in execution quality, organizational alignment, and decision effectiveness. Operating as a strategic partner to senior Medical Affairs leadership, the role ensures alignment between global strategy, regional priorities, and execution, enabling consistent performance tracking from strategic intent through execution. The position also leads external benchmarking and capability analytics initiatives, leveraging insights from a broader external advisory ecosystem, including STEM Healthcare, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), IQVIA, and other leading life sciences consulting and analytics organizations, to assess Medical Affairs maturity, identify best practices, and strengthen analytics-enabled decision-making capabilities. Ultimately, the role ensures that insights, analytics, and planning outputs are translated into more effective Medical Science Liaison (MSL) engagement models, strengthening field medical effectiveness, scientific dialogue, and external stakeholder engagement.
