What You’ll Do The IT Director is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of IT infrastructure and support functions globally for Authentic Brands Group. This includes directing all IT infrastructure and support operations to meet company and internal customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure and the development of new technical solutions. The IT Director will set the strategy for how infrastructure technology needs to be utilized globally in addition to being operationally focused. This position is expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited resources and budgets to maximize performance and contribution. What you’ll be working on Responsible for overseeing all IT infrastructure (network and systems), operations, projects, and ongoing user support. Ensure AI capabilities are thoughtfully integrated into every initiative—enhancing automation, decision-making, and user productivity. Identify practical use cases, govern responsible adoption, and partner with stakeholders to operationalize AI in ways that deliver measurable business value.
