What You'll Do As the Director, you will: Lead, coach, and mentor the office team while creating structure, accountability, and a strong values-based culture. Own office performance across service, quality, people, growth, and finance, using BAYADA metrics and performance tools to guide priorities and decisions. Partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to support safe, high-quality hospice care and an exceptional experience for clients and families. Build strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, facilities, hospitals, and community partners to support office growth and reputation. Use reports, dashboards, and office data to monitor admissions, service delivery, staffing, client experience, and financial trends. Support hiring, onboarding, development, and retention of office and field leaders. Lead regular 1:1s and team meetings to align priorities, celebrate wins, address challenges, and reinforce accountability. Partner with division leadership on business planning, goal setting, and execution aligned to office and practice priorities. Help ensure the office operates with strong attention to detail, responsiveness, compliance, and continuity of care. Represent BAYADA in the local community with professionalism, heart, and a commitment to extraordinary service. Qualifications Leadership experience in hospice, home care, healthcare operations, service delivery, or a similarly fast-paced environment preferred. Strong experience supervising, developing, and supporting teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and stay organized in a dynamic office setting. Comfortable using data, dashboards, and reports to manage performance and drive action. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, families, referral partners, and internal teams. Experience supporting growth, community outreach, or business development efforts preferred.
