The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: Moloco is seeking a strong communications leader to help build and execute our global external and executive communications strategy. As Moloco continues to rapidly grow and add prominent customers, strong talent, and new technology capabilities, how we show up externally will shape our reputation and our story for years to come. We're looking for someone who brings both big-picture narrative thinking and hands-on craft, someone equally comfortable helping to craft narratives, coach leaders, develop content partnerships, pitch journalists and influencers directly, and manage complex agency partnerships across multiple markets. In this role, you will go beyond traditional PR to create a dynamic, creative approach to corporate storytelling: crafting narratives through earned media, executive thought leadership, owned content, and strategic partnerships that ensure Moloco's voice resonates with the stakeholders who matter most. This role partners closely with key leaders across the organization and reports to Moloco's VP, Head of Communications. The Opportunity: Help define and own Moloco's external communications strategy, leading the day-to-day of our global PR programs and evolving the function as the company scales. Build and execute an integrated executive communications program, developing narratives, managing speaking and awards opportunities, and shaping the public profiles of Moloco's senior leaders. Partner with senior leaders across the company on communications strategy, coaching them on how to share Moloco's story effectively with external audiences. Personally pitch and cultivate relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencers across key markets and beats — from trade and business media to emerging platforms and content partnerships. Build a modern global external communications strategy that combines earned media, owned content, social and influencer engagement, and strategic storytelling partnerships. Manage and optimize agency relationships across multiple markets, ensuring message consistency while adapting to local dynamics. Navigate cultural and regulatory differences in communications approaches across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other key regions. Anticipate issues and coordinate across Communications, Legal, People, and executive leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and trusted external communications in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
