About the Corporate Sales Team: The Corporate Sales team is responsible for bringing AlphaSense's AI-powered market intelligence platform to fast-growing, non-financial-services enterprises across industries such as energy, industrial, technology, telco, life sciences, healthcare and professional services. Within Corporate Sales, the APAC Corporate High Growth team focuses on fast growing companies and enterprises in the Asia Pacific region that are scaling business expansion quickly and need enterprise- and decision-grade competitive, market, and consumer intelligence to support strategy, corporate development, product, strategic customer management and go-to-market decisions. About the Role: AlphaSense is looking for an APAC Corporate High Growth Director to lead and grow a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new corporate customers in the high-growth segment across APAC. This is a player-coach leadership role that combines direct sales leadership with hands-on coaching, pipeline management, deal closing and cross-functional collaboration to drive new business growth across the region. The Director is expected to develop go-to-market strategy and execute on strategic motions with clarity and precision, with a focus on enterprise value creation to our customers. What You’ll Do: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of AEs selling into high-growth corporate accounts across APAC Instill a rigorous outbound sales culture centered on outbound excellence — coaching on account prioritization, territory planning, and multi-channel prospecting — while fostering accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement Develop the team through call coaching, enablement, and skill-building across pipeline generation, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing, while building a deep internal bench of talent Drive pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and consistent overachievement of ambitious targets; lead from the front on strategic deals Bring structure through CRM excellence, sales metrics, and clear operating rhythms; monitor KPIs (pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, ACV) and act on gaps Shape APAC territory strategy in partnership with Sales Development, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement leadership and teams Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally for a unified, customer-centric approach to enterprise accounts, bringing a unified voice and cohesive sales approach to our customers Bring field insights into product, pricing, and strategy conversations, and build trust with senior client stakeholders Contribute to commercial planning, influencing headcount, investment, and growth strateg…
