Through close partnerships with Global Communications, US PR and marketing teams, the role will be responsible for driving an integrated communications strategy by ideating, shaping and executing programs that complement product brand positioning and drives the company’s leadership, innovation and market presence at key industry conferences and beyond. This role will drive proactive and reactive media engagement, advance industry and business thought leadership, and support corporate partnerships, HCP engagement, and external-facing initiatives that strengthen Allergan Aesthetics’ positioning across key business sectors. The Director will also support communications for Allergan Medical Institute, crisis management, business continuity needs across product and issues management, executive visibility, while providing strategic counsel to senior and functional leaders on critical issues. In partnership with internal and digital communications leaders, the Director will help amplify key strategies and stories across the organization and, where appropriate, extend their reach through broader channels and audiences.
