Director, Commercial Planning & Growth

We're hiring a Director, Commercial Planning & Growth to help shape how NEP identifies, prioritizes, and executes strategic growth opportunities across our global business. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with executive leadership to: Lead commercial planning for strategic growth initiatives Develop market sizing (TAM/SAM), opportunity assessments, and business cases Translate executive priorities into actionable commercial plans Build repeatable planning frameworks, governance, and growth processes Drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Product, and regional teams What You'll Need: � 10+ years of experience in commercial planning, business planning, strategy, consulting, commercial operations, or a related field � Experience developing business cases, growth plans, and opportunity assessments � Strong analytical and financial modeling skills � Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional initiatives � Ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization Preferred: � Experience in media, broadcast, sports, technology, live events, or B2B services � Background supporting transformation or growth initiatives � International or multi-region business experience If you're passionate about turning strategy into execution and building scalable commercial capabilities that drive growth, we'd love to hear from you.
