This position is also responsible for promoting client independence through appropriate role modeling, administering client's programs and goals, and ensuring client’s personal needs are satisfied in a safe manner. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** - Assist clients in behavioral and personal care services - Assist clients with activities of daily living according to clients' unique care plans - Accompany clients on recreation and leisure activities - Implement clients' plans as written - Increase clients' independence and involvement in their community - Ability to understand and implement a variety of Behavior Support Plans and Individual Service Plans - Ability to track and chart data on a daily basis in compliance with company expectations - Ability to attend, assist, and engage in team meetings as needed **Required Qualifications:** - At least 18 years of age - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent - Ability to pass a background check with the MN Department of Human Services - General computer skills and knowledge - Reliable transportation insured in the state of Minnesota - Proof of insurance and **current driver's license** - **Clear driving record (No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years)** - Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing in the English language - Dynamic communication skills - Working cell phone with internet access **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses - CPR and First Aid certification Job Type: Part-time Benefits: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Life insurance - Mileage reimbursement - Paid orientation - Paid time off - Paid training - Professional development assistance - Referral program - Retirement plan - Vision insurance Shift availability: - Day Shift (Preferred) - Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: - Saint Cloud, MN 56303 (Required) Ability to Relocate: - Saint Cloud, MN 56303: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
