Direct Support Professional - Part Time

PRN Russellville, AR **Primary Duties and Responsibilities** - Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework. - Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion - Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community - Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform - Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success.
