Advancing Potential.** ## **Position Summary** LADACIN Network is seeking a compassionate and dependable **Direct Support Professional – Driver** to join our Residential Services team in **Ocean County**. This full-time, 40-hour position is Monday through Friday from **8:00 AM – 4:00 PM**. The Direct Support Professional – Driver provides care and support to adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities while safely transporting six residents to and from their Adult Day Program in Lakewood using an agency vehicle. This position also assists individuals with daily activities based on their individual needs while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion. ## **Key Responsibilities** - Safely transport residents to and from the Adult Day Program using an agency vehicle. - Assist individuals with entering and exiting the vehicle safely. - Follow all traffic laws and agency transportation policies. - Provide direct care and support based on each individual's needs. - Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed. - Promote independence, community inclusion, and quality of life. - Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team. - Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals served. ## **Required Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Valid New Jersey driver's license required. - Must be at least 21 years of age to drive agency vehicles. - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required. - Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are encouraged to apply. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. - Training provided. ## **What We Offer** - Competitive salary - Low-cost health benefits. - Generous paid time off - Meaningful mission-driven work - Opportunities for leadership and growth - Supportive team environment - Collaborative interdisciplinary teams - Tuition reimbursement - Onsite childcare (Monmouth County) - Discount programs - **$1,000 Sign-On Bonus** ## **How to Apply** Interested candidates should apply for this position via the **LADACIN.org** website or via **Indeed**. **Position open until filled.
