You will work closely with individuals to support daily living activities, implement individualized programs, administer medication when required, and encourage personal growth, independence, and community involvement. * * * ## Essential Responsibilities - Complete all assigned pre-service and in-service training requirements. - Drive and accompany individuals to appointments, recreational activities, community events, and other assigned destinations while adhering to all motor vehicle laws and agency policies. - Carry out prescribed healthcare programs, including medication administration. - Implement behavioral support programs in accordance with individualized behavior plans. - Teach and reinforce skills identified in each individual's Individual Habilitation Plan (IHP). - Assist individuals with personal care needs while ensuring privacy, dignity, and respect. - Promote independence, self-confidence, and community participation. - Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for the individuals served. - Accurately complete required documentation and reports. - Work collaboratively with coworkers, families, and support teams to ensure quality services. * * * ## Who We're Looking For Successful candidates are: ✔ Compassionate ✔ Dependable ✔ Patient ✔ Team-Oriented ✔ Service-Focused ✔ Professional ✔ Positive ✔ Committed to Helping Others * * * ## Qualifications ### Required - High School Diploma or GED - Must be 21 years of age or older - Valid Driver's License ### Preferred - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree - Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a human services setting *…
