We offer ongoing education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individual's role in making choices to give them greater control of the direction of their life. You can be a part of a making a positive impact on their lives each day you come to work. You would provide hands-on, person-centered individualized care and support for our residents. DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager and others to support four residents in our home.
