## Overview CSS is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable organization which provides services and support to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities residing within Montgomery County, Maryland. CSS was founded in 1994 and began its mission by working collaboratively with individuals, families, and other lead agencies to design and implement new models of service. CSS provides residential services in 70 homes in upper Montgomery County, where two individuals reside in each home with one or two support staff providing care and supervision . Additionally, day support services including vocational training and education are provided in our main center, family homes, and in the local Montgomery County community. (CSS) is hiring full time Direct Support Professional, (DSP) positions supporting individuals with autism in their daily lives. We are looking for caring and compassionate people to support adults and children with autism, in upper Montgomery County. Positions provide support in a residential settings. CSS will provide specific on the job training for each support staff on how to include a person with autism in community and recreational activities.
