It is our CaregiverFirst promise that our caregivers will be: - Treated with respect and dignity. - Provided exceptional training on a regular and ongoing basis. - Are never alone in the field - support is always available. - Thoughtfully matched with clients with whom they are compatible \ **Duties**: - Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes. - Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need - Handle meal planning and preparation - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living areas - Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients - Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals - Document tasks and create care notes for each visit - Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality - Provide companionship and respite services for the family. What we’re looking for: - A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. - High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. - [If Applicable] A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is required. - Access to reliable transportation. - Previous experience as a caregiver with special needs clients is a bonus. - Starting Salary Range: $19-21 Your safety is our top priority.
