Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Bakersville Direct Support Professional (DSP) � $16.00-18.00-/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus �(Paid throughout the year. Must Avg 20 hours per Week to qualify for Bonus.) As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You�ll Do As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence.
