As a Support Buddy, you'll provide encouragement and guide others as they build independence, develop new skills, and work towards their goals. You'll assist your buddy develop skills in areas such as: Personal safety Money management Social and communication skills Healthy lifestyle habits Community involvement Household and homemaking tasks Fine and gross motor skill development Goal achievement and daily living skills Every day is different, and your support helps individuals gain confidence in their everyday life. Qualifications No previous experience required, all training is provided. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Schedule Part-Time: 10–15 hours per week Monday–Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (flexible scheduling within these hours) Two weekends per month—you choose the weekends that fit your schedule.
