Direct Care Assistant Manager - WEEKEND ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a Direct Care Assistant Manager in Chandler, Arizona, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities or special needs. Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid CPR and First Aid certification. - Experience in direct care or a related field. Responsibilities: - Supervise and assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Administer/Supervise medications and monitor health conditions as per care plans. - Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere. - Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the appropriate team members. - Participate in training and development sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.
