Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that food quality, safety standards and Resident expectations are satisfactorily met. Be an integral part of the leadership team to drive strategic decision making for the dietary department. Leads and inspires an engaged team in cooking and serving thoughtfully designed seasonal menus.
