At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.\*\*\* ## Requirements **DEPARTMENT:** Dining Services **JOB TITLE:** Dining Room Manager **REPORTS TO:** Director of Dining Services or Designee **INTERFACES WITH:** Residents; Family members; Guests; Department Directors; Dining and Wellness Staff **JOB PURPOSE:** - Maintains a gracious and efficient dining experience for residents and guests - Provides leadership and supervision to dining service staff - As an ambassador of customer relations, performs all duties in a gracious and efficient manner **CORE DUTIES AND DEPARTMENTAL EXPECTATIONS:** - Adhere to policies and procedures of Youville House as well as policies specific to department - Adhere to safety and health regulations and policies - Assist in emergencies that occur in the residence - Meet and exceed Youville House’s standards for hospitality and services - Incorporate the mission and philosophy of Youville House Inc. into daily tasks - Demonstrate sensitive communication skills - Maintain confidentiality - Organize and complete tasks effectively - Report changes in resident behavior or unusual circumstances to Director - Perform all duties in a manner consistent with regulations set forth by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs - Participate in continuing education as required by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs · Youville, in accordance with its mission, is committed to environmental sustainability and the promotion of a healthier environment.
