Provide coaching and career development for individuals on the team. Set the goals and direction for the team by outlining goals and objectives for multiple operations staffed via third-party temps/vendors. Drive results by tracking key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering on strategic initiatives. Work with cross-functional partners to develop and scale operations. Collaborate with leadership in key project governance tasks, including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.
