It makes a difference! About this opportunity Club B is the BEES' Rewards Program, where customers earn points for their purchases through the app and by completing points-based offers. Points can be redeemed for free products, prizes and experiences. Club B’s main role is to foster digital engagement, building strong bonds with customers and serve as a commercial lever for Anheuser-Bush InBev's strategy. What you will do: Manage and build initiatives to expand the amount of dollars invested in points (Points Pool) Lead the strategy, value proposition and playbook for selling points to marketplace sellers Build strong relationships with local Club B leads to understand their needs and provide guidance on their local strategies Set priorities on the product team backlog, focusing on the most impactful features to be developed and the discovery of those features Act as the commercial counterpart for data engineering, analytics, and science, building tables, analysis, and developing algorithms to evolve points generation What we're looking for: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, engineering, or related fields Proven experience with data manipulation, SQL or Python Advanced analytical skills Solid background in working with digital products Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus) Experience in the CPG industry or revenue management is a nice to have More about you: You are passionate about product discovery and using data to identify key business opportunities You can clearly communicate with both broad audiences and senior leadership in an effective way You can manage data to build ad hoc and more complex analyses You are curious person, who strives even at uncertain scenario What we offer • Performance-based bonus* • Attendance bonus* • Private pension plan • Meal allowance • Casual office and dress code • Days off* • Health, dental, and life insurance plans • Discounts on medications • Partnership with WellHub • Childcare assistance • Discounts on Ambev products* • Clube Ben partnership • Scholarship program* • School supplies support • Language learning platforms and training • Transportation allowance *Applicable rules apply.
