**About this Role…** Nosco is looking for Digital Press Operator on second or third shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. As an employee owner in this position, you will produce printed roll labels to meet on time delivery, high quality expectations, and in accordance with all customer specifications in a safe and efficient manner. **In this role, you will…** - Set up and operate an HP label press per SOPs, work instructions, and control riders. - Actively monitor production efficiency and quality while completing all documentation and reporting accurately. - Troubleshoot machine problems as it pertains to equipment and set up. Perform testing as required and understands what corrective actions could be necessary to achieve passing results. - Assist in minimizing the scope of remakes (identifying problems in a timely fashion and effectively communicating with downstream operators). - Perform clean-up/maintenance tasks in accordance with company SOP. - Perform and sustain a high rate of productivity. Meet expectations for set up time and run speeds as established by the department leads. **Success factors…** - Preferably +2 years of digital press experience or other technical skills operating machinery. - Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation. - Flexibility to work any shift and Overtime.
