Come join a company that values you from day one!"* Qualified candidates will: - Excel in a fast-paced production environment using problem-solving skills to keep the press running smoothly - Use positive communication skills to mentor operators-in-training and keep the team focused on meeting productivity goals during all phases of production - Be responsible for maximizing productivity while maintaining a high level of quality in all printed materials produced on the press - Set up the press using detailed instructions to ensure the successful production of each project - Monitor the quality of materials being produced - Troubleshoot problems and make necessary corrections, involving a mechanic when necessary - Supervise the work of employees assigned to your press/team Experience and Education: - Must have a high school diploma or GED - 1-3 years of experience operating a digital press - Solid reasoning/problem solving skills - Basic proficiency with computers in a Windows environment This full-time position includes the following benefits: - Shift Premium for 2nd Shift - Perfect Attendance Bonus, paid weekly - Medical, Dental and Vision coverage - Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - 401k saving plan with company match - Paid Vacation - Paid Holidays
