Digital Press Operator (Digicon)

**About this job…** Nosco is looking for a Digital Press Operator (Digicon) on second and third shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. As an employee owner in this position, you will produce printed roll labels to meet on time delivery, high quality expectations, and in accordance with all customer specifications in a safe and efficient manner. **In this role, you will…** - Set up and operate an ABG Digicon or Grafotronics per SOPs and work instructions. - Die cut, varnish, coat, laminate, slit, and count roll label material to meet customer needs. - Actively monitor production efficiency and quality while completing all documentation and reporting accurately. - Learn to troubleshoot machine problems as it pertains to equipment and set up. - Ability to identify and document quality problems. - Perform clean-up/maintenance tasks. - Perform and sustain a high rate of productivity. Meet expectations for set up time and run speeds as established by the department leads. **Success factors…** - Preferably +2 years of digital, offset, flexo press experience or other experience operating machinery. - Some experience with basic Quality systems and documentation. - Positive attitude, coachable, willingness to learn. - Excellent attendance. - Flexibility to work Overtime.
