Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval. This specific product leadership role directs the **Retail Partner Digital Product team**, which is responsible for ensuring Citi's 30+ retail card portfolios deliver flawless digital experiences that drive customer satisfaction, digital engagement and increased revenue for Citi's retail partners. The team's mission is to improve the customer experience from onboarding and registration to everyday card management services (e.g. statement retrieval, understanding balance & transactions, making payments, autopay management, and paperless settings) to managing unexpected events along the way (e.g. lost/stolen card, fraud management, and card replacement journeys). The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with exceptional influencing skills and creativity. They must be adept at managing complex, senior-level relationships, and they must have a proven ability to drive innovation in a competitive digital landscape. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Leadership:** Drive the vision and strategy for Citi's retail partner digital platform, aiming to create a best-in-class digital experience that drives engagement and customer satisfaction. - **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders across Technology, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Product, and Legal/Compliance. - **Product Development:** Manage a significant budget to deliver innovative features, such as expansion into mobile capabilities and more secure and seamless login and payment experiences. - **Innovation:** Go beyond solving existing customer issues by developing market-leading capabilities and personalized financial advisory and offers to stay ahead of competitors and drive loyalty and sales. **Additional Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of Product Managers and engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative financial platform products - Responsible for the overall vision, technical capabilities and roadmap of the digital product platform - Engage with businesses and shape business and product requirements in to platform requirements - Own the overall platform business plans and roadmaps - Drive product development for new initiatives - Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market - Maintain the product roadmap, and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the company - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transpar…
