ROLE SUMMARY As a Digital Media Executive , you will work in lockstep with our Digital Centre of Excellence to design, execute, and optimize high-impact, multi-channel digital media campaigns. You will be responsible for translating client business objectives into high-performing media strategies, managing budgets with precision, and maximizing ROI across all paid digital channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Digital Media Strategy & Execution Strategic Support: Partner with the Digital Media Manager to build and present robust, data-backed media strategies for Tier-1 brands. Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end setup, launching, and monitoring of paid campaigns across programmatic, search, paid social, and display networks. Content & Channel Optimization: Analyze client online presence and advise creative/content teams on how to match content distribution with the highest-performing digital channels. Trend Advocacy: Continuous research of emerging digital media platforms, ad-tech tools, and industry trends to keep Ogilvy's media offerings cutting-edge. 2. Data Analytics, Insights & Reporting Performance Tracking: Actively monitor and analyze core performance metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and overall ROI). Actionable Insights: Translate complex data trends into clear, actionable recommendations for internal creative and media planning teams. Client Reporting: Formulate and deliver regular, comprehensive campaign performance dashboards and post-campaign analyses (PCAs) to client stakeholders. 3. Financial, Budget & Process Management Financial Stewardship: Manage client media budgets strictly, executing daily pacing checks and monthly reconciliations to guarantee zero overspends or underspends. Compliance & Workflow: Adhere strictly to internal agency financial workflows, including client onboarding, timely invoicing, and obtaining formal setup approvals. Proof of Flight: Ensure complete campaign compliance by generating and archiving "proof of flight" documentation for all active campaigns. Cost Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost-control and programmatic optimization to drive maximum financial efficiency for both the client and the agency. 4. Stakeholder & Project Management Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary technical point of contact for daily media queries, collaborating directly with Creative, Content, and Digital PR teams to align media spend with brand messaging. Timeline Management: Oversee the campaign lifecycle from brief to final reporting, ensuring all deliverables meet strict agency standards and client deadlines. HOW YOUR SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED (KPIs) Campaign ROI/ROAS: Meeting or exceeding client performance benchmarks. Budget Accuracy: Delivering campaigns with 100% budget utilization (0% overspend/underspend). Reporting Timeliness: Delivery of weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports within agreed SLAs. Process Compliance: Flawless execution of internal financial setup approvals and "proof of flight" collection. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or a closely related field. Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in digital media planning, media buying, or a dedicated performance marketing role (agency experience highly preferred). Technical & Platform Knowledge Creative Tools: Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator for ad format adjustments) and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is a must).
