We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team and play a pivotal role in executing high-impact paid advertising campaigns. Key responsibilities include: - Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. - Manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows, templates, and internal tools. - Monitor performance data to improve lead quality, efficiency, and campaign results. - Create and adapt ad copy, images, and layouts; support testing and iteration for ongoing campaign improvement. - Troubleshoot campaign and account issues using established processes with strong attention to detail. - Collaborate with onboarding and service teams to ensure seamless workflow and project progression. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to client success and the continued growth of ReminderMedia's innovative marketing solutions. ### Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, campaign execution, or digital marketing support - Experience building, launching, and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads - Proficiency using templated design tools (such as Canva) to produce ad creative - Experience using AI tools for creative and production (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar) - Ability to manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows and templates - Submission of a portfolio with digital ad work samples at the time of application - Highly competitive compensation package commensurate to experience - World class benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) company match, and much more. - Equipment needed to work remotely provided by the company **About Us** ReminderMedia is a leading marketing services provider that has helped over 100K small businesses grow their client base through a powerful suite of digital and direct-mail marketing tools.
