Digital IC Design Engineer (INT TRX)

You'll work across a diverse set of communication protocols — including **CAN, LIN, 1394, and Ethernet** — contributing to full end-to-end system solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. * * * **What You'll Do** - Define **architecture and micro-architecture** for complex digital systems - Write and review **RTL code**, and drive designs through simulation, synthesis, and timing closure - Develop **test methods and specifications**, and contribute to application notes and datasheets - Solve complex engineering challenges by assessing and applying a range of techniques and methodologies - Manage and prioritize **multiple concurrent tasks**, delivering results on time with minimal supervision - Collaborate closely with a world-class team of **analog and digital design engineers** to solve problems and drive innovation * * * **What We're Looking For** - Strong background in **digital circuit design** and familiarity with analog-digital interfaces - Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as **CAN, LIN, 1394, and/or Ethernet** - Proficiency in **RTL design, synthesis, and verification flows** - Excellent **problem-solving skills** with a systematic, analytical mindset - A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and contributes proactively to group discussions * * * **Why Join Us?** Be part of a highly skilled, passionate engineering team where your ideas are heard, your growth is supported, and your work genuinely changes the world — one chip at a time. ### Qualifications **Minimum requirements:** - 5+ years of relevant experience - A thorough understanding of digital logic design - Familiarity with the Verilog language and simulators - A good understanding of analog functionality and exposure to analog IC design methods - Ability to solve problems using a systematic approach **Preferred qualifications:** - Experience with System Verilog - Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions - Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery - Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Ability to take the initiative and drive for results ### About the Team TI does not make recruiting or hiring decisions based on citizenship, immigration status or national origin.
