## **Role Overview** The Digital Banking Officer II plays a key role in supporting deposit growth by enabling commercial and consumer clients to effectively adopt and use TASI® Bank’s digital banking and cash management solutions. As TASI® Bank continues its strategic growth from approximately **$700 million toward $1 billion in assets**, digital banking is a critical lever. Success in this role ensures that deposit relationships scale smoothly through technology that works, is secure, and is fully integrated into clients’ day‑to‑day operations. This is not just technical support — it is client enablement, execution, and ownership. ## **Core Responsibilities** As a Digital Banking Officer II, you are accountable for digital deposit service delivery and adoption, including: - Supporting business and consumer clients with the setup, onboarding, and ongoing use of digital banking and cash management services - Acting as a primary point of contact for digital deposit services, including online banking, mobile banking, ACH, RDC, bill pay, positive pay, and related tools - Partnering with Relationship Managers, Deposit Operations, and Digital Banking leadership to support commercial deposit relationships - Helping clients understand, adopt, and effectively use digital deposit products aligned with their operational needs - Processing, creating, and maintaining digital banking user profiles and access controls for new and existing accounts - Troubleshooting digital banking issues and coordinating resolutions with internal teams and third‑party vendors (e.g., Q2, Ensenta, iPay) - Supporting testing, rollout, and adoption of new digital features, enhancements, and releases - Monitoring digital activity, enrollment, and usage metrics to help identify opportunities for improvement or increased adoption - Ensuring documentation, procedures, and configurations meet operational, regulatory, and security requirements - Own and manage client and internal digital banking requests through the Bank’s CRM and ticketing systems, providing clear communication and timely updates through issue resolution ## **Impact of the Role** The Digital Banking Officer II helps convert deposit relationships into fully functioning, digitally enabled partnerships. By ensuring clients can rely on TASI® Bank’s digital tools, this role supports deposit growth, client retention, and operational efficiency. When executed well, digital banking becomes an enabler — not a bottleneck — allowing the Bank to scale deposit volumes without sacrificing service quality, security, or control. ## **Success Indicators** - Clients successfully onboard and adopt digital banking and cash management services - Digital deposit products function reliably with minimal disruption or rework - Issues are resolved efficiently and escalated appropriately - Increased adoption and usage of digital banking features across the deposit portfolio - Strong internal partnership with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Deposit teams - Digital services support deposit growth without increasing operational or compliance risk ## **Education & Experience** ### **Required** - **3–5 years of experience** in digital banking, deposit operations, cash management, or a related banking role - Working knowledge of digital banking platforms and payment systems (e.g., ACH, RDC, bill pay, positive pay) - Strong understanding of bank deposit products and operational workflows - Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage priorities, and work independently - Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients ### **Preferred** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience - Knowledge of NACHA rules and electronic payments regulations - Experience supporting commercial digital banking or…
