The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment, while providing professional on-site customer service. ## Responsibilities **What you will do** - Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs. - Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues in diesel engines, heavy trucks, and equipment. - Perform services such as engine repairs, brake work, fuel system maintenance, transmission service, and other general diesel repairs. - Operate diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. - Provide clear, accurate estimates and explain repair needs to customers. - Maintain accurate service records and parts usage documentation. - Deliver exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships. ## Qualifications **What You Bring:** - **Minimum of 5 years’ experience** as a diesel technician, preferred. - ASE Medium/Heavy Truck Certification(s) or OEM training preferred. - Strong knowledge of diesel engines, drivetrains, fuel systems, and diagnostic procedures. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus). - Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field and as part of a collaborative team. - Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. - Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions. - Proven work ethic, reliability, and a track record of job stability - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow under management coaching ## Benefits **Benefits** - Medical, dental, vision benefits - Competitive pay based on experience. - Company uniform provided. - Annual bonus. - Paid training and certification opportunities. - Paid vacation, sick time, holiday pay If you are an experienced mechanic dedicated to providing fast, efficient service and looking for a great team, we encourage you to apply today! ## Posted Salary Range USD $30.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
