This field-based role is perfect for **skilled technicians** who enjoy independence and variety in their work. You’ll be responsible for **performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs** on Class 6-8 trucks. Backed by a supportive team that values your skill, drive and dedication, you’ll tackle new challenges every day and take pride in delivering safe, reliable and efficient service that keeps America moving. **Where You’ll Make an Impact** - Perform onsite preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and follow up repairs on Class 6-8 trucks in a field environment. - Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance. - Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems - everything that keeps a fleet running strong. - Use advanced diagnostic tools, including handheld computers and precision instruments, to identify and fix issues fast. - Put your expertise to work using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to get the job done right. - Road test vehicles to ensure every repair meets top-quality standards. - Stay productive and efficient, meeting or beating industry-standard repair times. - Jump in wherever needed – we're a team that supports each other. **What Makes You a Great Fit** - At least **3 years of hands-on diesel tech** experience working on Class 6-8 trucks. - Expertise in CNG engine systems is a huge plus! - DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise that keeps fleets rolling safely. - Strong communication skills – you know how to connect and communicate with customers and drivers alike. - Comfortable using mobile apps, navigation systems and digital tools to stay organized and document repairs. - Ready for the outdoors – rain or shine at customer yards. - Independent, dependable, and self-motivated – you take pride in getting the job done right. - A positive attitude and safety-first mindset. - **Must be 23+ with a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.** - B…
