Schedule - Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule - Day shift only - No weekends - Fixed schedule/no on-call Key Responsibilities - Prepare and set up dialysis machines prior to treatment sessions. - Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures, which may include: - Accessing temporary vascular access - Cannulating permanent vascular access - Administering anticoagulants, topical anesthetics, or normal saline (as permitted by local regulations) - Monitor and accurately document patient treatment data in the medical record. - Reinforce training and educational content as provided by other healthcare team members. - Adhere to approved quality control procedures when assisting with hemodialysis treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse. - Provide patient care with compassion, professionalism, and without discrimination. - Ensure that informed consent is obtained and properly documented prior to initiating procedures. - Collaborate and assist other healthcare team members as needed or requested. - Perform other related duties as assigned or directed by supervisory staff.
