Role Overview We seek a skilled, motivated, and experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with development teams to streamline software delivery pipelines, automate release processes, drive the adoption of infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management practices, and monitor and enhance system performance, reliability, and availability through effective monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring the security of our systems. An Engineer with a DevOps Specialty at Third Bridge promotes and encourages a collaborative culture and continuous improvement within the organisation. They advise on the process of delivering software through automation and the adoption of tooling to assist the overall software development cycle, providing guidance on building and deploying software and infrastructure following industry best practices. They work together with other roles in the organization to improve and evolve software delivery processes to meet the ever-changing business needs. The DevSecOps Engineer role is an essential part of the team, advising, guiding, and helping teams deliver value to the business while ensuring quality standards and maintaining the security and reliability of all the systems involved.
