We are the Cyber Fraud and Risk Management (CFRM) segment at Bottomline. Our team works on major projects that are strategic for our customers, helping them to stop a cyber fraud crime BEFORE it happens! We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with substantial experience in the DevOps field and proven problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong self-directed learning abilities, possess the capacity to thoroughly investigate and resolve issues, and show enthusiasm for staying current with emerging technologies. How You Will Contribute: Deploy, maintain, and upgrade live production applications serving high-profile corporate customers. Develop and enhance our deployment and automation infrastructure and processes. Implement and continuously improve monitoring and alerting solutions. Stay updated with, learn, and adapt to new DevOps tools and technologies. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and resolve complex challenges in infrastructure, security, and development. Utilize cutting-edge AI technologies to help the team reach its DevOps objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps role. Hands-on programming experience with Python, Bash or similar Hands-on experience with SQL, using relational database such as PostgreSQL of Oracle. Hands-on experience with Linux-based operating systems. Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, Terraform). Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies. Ability to self-learn, independently explore solutions to complex challenges, and adapt to evolving requirements. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab). Proficiency in Git and Git workflows. Familiarity with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch Stack. Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
