MC&I offers an environment where engineers can contribute ideas, build lasting professional relationships, and help shape a long-term legacy of engineering excellence. **About the Position** The Development Engineer role is a key technical position within MC&I for experienced engineers supporting early-stage project development, feasibility, and preliminary design (0–30%). In this role, you will apply sound engineering judgment, coordinate across electrical, civil, and structural disciplines, and serve as a technical liaison between internal design teams, business development partners, and external stakeholders. The role balances hands-on engineering analysis with cross-functional collaboration, proposal support, and client-facing technical communication. The Development Engineer owns assigned development scopes, ensures adherence to QA/QC standards and supports the development and maintenance of performance analysis tools used during development.
