## Description **Now Hiring: Detail/Porter – Collision Center** **Lamarque Ford Collision Center** is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated **Detail/Porter** to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working around vehicles, and want to be part of a professional collision repair facility, we want to hear from you! **Position Summary** The Detail/Porter is responsible for cleaning and preparing customer vehicles after collision repairs, maintaining the appearance of the shop and surrounding property, and assisting with the daily operations of the Collision Center. **Responsibilities** - Wash, vacuum, wax, and detail customer vehicles upon completion of repairs - Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership quality standards - Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership and collision center - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the collision shop, detail area, and customer parking areas - Empty trash, sweep and mop floors, and keep work areas clean - Assist technicians and office staff with vehicle movement and general shop support - Inspect completed vehicles for cleanliness before customer delivery - Maintain detailing equipment and supplies - Follow all dealership safety procedures and company policies - Perform other duties as assigned by management **Qualifications** - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred - Previous automotive detailing or porter experience is a plus, but not required - Strong attention to detail - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions **Benefits** - Competitive pay - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid vacation and holidays - Opportunities for advancement - Employee discounts - Positive team-oriented work environment Join the Lamarque Ford Collision Center team and help us deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction with every vehicle. **Apply today to start your automotive career with Lamarque Ford!**
