Responsibilities include: - Lead and manage the daily operations of the Detail Department - Supervise the cosmetic preparation of inventory and customer delivery vehicles - Schedule and assign work to maximize quality, efficiency, and productivity - Ensure all vehicles meet CarShop's appearance and quality standards - Train, coach, and develop Detail Associates to achieve departmental goals - Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and mentorship - Maintain departmental records, reports, and operational metrics - Develop and recommend process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency - Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments - Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment ### What We're Looking For - Previous automotive detailing experience required - Previous leadership or management experience preferred - Strong knowledge of automotive detailing techniques, products, and equipment - Ability to train, coach, and develop team members - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement - Positive attitude with strong leadership and communication skills - Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and accountability - Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record - Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing ### Ready to Lead?
