Senior hands-on leadership role overseeing motion graphics execution for high-profile theatrical and streaming campaigns - from concept through delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design and animate graphics for trailers, TV spots, and streaming promos Stay hands-on in After Effects and Cinema 4D while leading campaigns end-to-end Mentor motion designers and review all graphics before delivery Partner with editors, producers, and CDs to manage workflows and deadlines Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns in fast-paced production Contribute to project scoping, scheduling, and resource planning What you Bring 6-10 + years in motion graphics, AV marketing, and theatrical advertising Expert-level After Effects and Cinema 4D; strong compositing and finishing Portfolio of trailer graphics, title design, logo animation, and streaming promos Deep knowledge of AV finishing pipelines and broadcast/streaming deliverables Experience leading motion graphics teams with strong creative communication Nice to Have Entertainment marketing agency or streaming platform background Advanced 3D skills and familiarity with AI-assisted motion workflows Pay Range $150,000 — $170,000 USD Disclosures: In order to adjust to changes in our business, it may become necessary to add, remove or modify certain duties and responsibilities, or to reassign you to another job position.
