What will your responsibilities be? Operational Oversight & Team Support: Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring effective coordination across social workers, health professionals, and other team members to deliver integrated services. Supervision & Professional Development: Provide reflective supervision, mentoring, and performance management to QSWs and allied staff, promoting best practice and continuous professional growth. Quality Assurance & Safeguarding Leadership: Monitor casework standards, lead on safeguarding procedures, and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and local authority policies.
