The primary focus is providing oversight of engineering staff that review public and private land development applications for adherence to adopted design and construction standards. The Deputy Director – Engineering provides direct supervision to two Senior Project Managers and one Engineering Analyst, and serves as Director on an as needed basis. The position also manages major initiatives for the Town such as floodplain program administration, comprehensive updates to engineering standards, and erosion and stormwater management permits.
