Deposition Scheduling Representative

Responsibilities - Executes Paszkiewicz scheduling process as trained by the Scheduling Manager - Secures conference rooms per client requests throughout the U.S. per Company policy - Confirms all bookings with clients as per Company policy - Builds relationships with clients based on reliability, customer service and willingness to accommodate client requests - Works with our production and billing team as needed - Has accountability for accuracy and completing all tasks assigned Job Requirements - On-site position - Monday through Friday - Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills - Meticulous attention to detail and first-rate customer service skills - Ability to work successfully in a team environment - General computer proficiency in various computer applications - Strong work ethic - Possess solid critical thinking and time management abilities - Works well under pressure and adapts to daily changes Education - High school diploma or general degree from an accredited institution required Benefits - 401k matching - EAP - Dental - Vision - Health Insurance - Life Insurance - Paid holidays - Paid time off
