Deposit Review Representative

**BASIC PURPOSE**: Assist in the review of documents provided by customers to open, update, or gain access to accounts, ensuring that compliance is maintained. **PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES** As a Deposit Review and Compliance Rep, you will be an essential member of the BankFirst Operations team. As such, you will provide support to frontline staff with a variety of deposit related needs, including, but not limited to:  Review a variety customer of documentation  Consult with legal council as needed  Provide support to internal personnel  Ensure compliance with policies and procedures  Review new accounts for accuracy and ensure compliance  Review a variety of maintenance on accounts to ensure accuracy  Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs within the department that pertains to Deposit Operations **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:** Must have good computer skills, specifically Excel, Word, Adobe Sign. Should be detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Have excellent communications skills, written and verbal. BankFirst is an EOE, including vets/ disability
