Eligible employees enjoy a competitive benefits package, including: - Competitive Pay - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - 401(k) with Company Match - Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Life & Disability Insurance - Professional Development & Career Growth Opportunities **Key Responsibilities** - Support retail branches with deposit products and services, including checking, savings, debit cards, and time deposits. - Assist with daily Deposit Operations functions, workflow coordination, and team support. - Review new accounts, account maintenance, and required compliance documentation. - Support IRA, HSA, teller capture, and Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) operations. - Monitor balancing activities, research teller outages, and communicate findings to management. - Resolve non-post items and assist with savings bond processing. - Support staff training, operational procedures, and process improvement initiatives. - Maintain compliance with bank policies, BSA/AML requirements, and regulatory standards. - Assist Video Teller operations, as needed, and perform additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications and Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information technology, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of three years of banking experience in Deposit Operations or Retail Banking preferred. - Strong understanding of retail banking operations, deposit products, and compliance practices. - Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and work independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems preferred. *This Job Description is not a complete statement of all duties and responsibilities comprising this position.* *Security First Bank is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority / Female / Disabled / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation.*
