This position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting state and federal regulations and corresponding guidance, then determining the possible impact to program delivery for federal Department of Health and Human Services funded programs. Specific responsibility for authoring and developing procedures, policies, and guidelines for various programs including the Michigan Citizens Reentry Initiative (MICRI), the Partnership. Accountability. Training. Hope (PATH) program, Food Assistance Employment and Training (FAE&T) program, the Barrier Removal Employment Success (BRES) program, and the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). The position will be responsible for collaboratively working with Michigan Works Agencies and state/federal partners on several job-related tasks, including but not limited to monitoring program performance and participant outcomes.? The position will perform regularly scheduled onsite program reviews and other data validation collection and assessment measures for specific assigned geographical regions in the State.? At the entry level, the incumbent will research and analyze federal and state rules and regulations related to the delivery of the programs served by the Reemployment Services Section.? At the 10 level, the incumbent would perform an expanding range of professional assignments in a developing capacity.? At the experienced (P11) level, the incumbent would perform the full range of professional employment service assignments that have a significant impact on services or programs. **There is a possibility of a remote/hybrid schedule based on performance and operational need. However, all work must be performed in Michigan. Departmental Analyst 10 One year of professional experience.
