# Treatment Coordinator Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: $33.00–$35.00 per hour (DOE) ## Position Overview A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established private dental practice seeking an experienced, confident, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team. With over 24 years serving the community, this modern practice is looking for someone who excels at building patient relationships, presenting comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating financial arrangements, and helping patients move forward with the care they need. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys creating an exceptional patient experience while contributing to practice growth, we’d love to hear from you. ## Responsibilities - Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and professionalism - Review insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility - Discuss financing options and payment arrangements - Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize production - Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans - Coordinate communication between doctors, patients, and the clinical team - Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental - Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service - Support front office operations as needed ## Practice Highlights - Established private practice serving the community for 24+ years - Monday–Thursday schedule - 8–10 hour workdays - 5 Providers - 8 Operatories - PPO, HMO & Fee-for-Service practice - Open Dental - Weave Patient Communication - Dexis Digital Imaging - Planmeca Digital Panoramic System - iTero Digital Scanner - Comprehensive services including Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, Crowns & Bridges, Root Canal Therapy, Invisalign, Restorative Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and Dentures ### Requirements - Minimum 3-5 years of Treatment Coordinator experience - Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance skills - Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Fee-for-Service insurance - Experience with Open Dental preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities - Professional, dependable, and team-oriented ### Benefits - **401(k)** - **48 hours of annual paid sick leave** - Stable, collaborative, detail-oriented, and patient-focused team culture
