This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, dependable, and eager to continue developing their clinical skills in a busy practice environment. **Schedule:** - Hours: Mon 8-5, T 7:20-2, W 8-5, Th 8:30-5:30 - Standard appointment times: • 1 hour for new patients, 50-60 min for adult recare/perio maintenance • Scaling & root planing scheduled as clinically appropriate **What You’ll Do:** - Provide thorough and compassionate dental hygiene care for patients of all ages - Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment options - Collaborate closely with the doctors and the dental team to ensure the highest quality of care - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Contribute to a warm and welcoming office atmosphere **What We’re Looking For:** - Current Dental Hygiene license in SC - Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient education and comfort - Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills - **Excellent patient handover skills to ensure seamless care** - **Strong computer and charting skills for accurate documentation** - Ability to work efficiently while providing personalized care **We Offer:** - Competitive hourly or production-based pay with bonus potential - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off & holiday pay - 401(k) retirement plan - Uniform allowance - Weekly team lunches! **We can’t wait to welcome the right person to our team!**
