You will treasure short commutes, family-friendly employers and vacation-like towns to renew your spirit every day. **About the Role** As a dental assistant, you will enhance the efficiency of the dental office as well as provide a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming environment creating a positive experience for patients. **What You’ll Do** • Support both the dentist and patients with a variety of tasks. • Assist with patient preparation, providing comfort and explaining procedures. • Offer clinical support during dental procedures by handing instruments, suctioning, and managing dental materials. • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient records. • Ensure instruments are property sterilized, and that the treatment area is clean and organized. • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post treatment care. • Expose and develop diagnostic dental x-rays and perform routing maintenance and cleaning of dental operatory equipment. **What You’ll Receive** • A culture built on patient care, teamwork, and community impact. • Competitive salary & benefits to support your well-being: - 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) – accrual starts on your first day! - Paid Holidays - Medical, Dental, Vision & Pet Insurance - 401(k) with up to 5% company match - Short & Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance (company-paid) **What We’re Looking For** • High School Diploma or equivalent • A minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Dental Assistant is *desired*. • Graduation from a Dental Assistant training program/technical school. Additional training may substitute for required experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds..
