The ideal candidate will be motivated to cultivate referral relationships and take on a leadership role within a dynamic team environment. # Essential Duties and Responsibilities ## Patient Care - Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide Recommend Evidence-Guided treatment to patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. - Create individualized plans of care, monitor patient progress, and manage the discharge process. - Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately. ## Clinic Leadership - Take ownership of the clinic’s success by leading from the front—supporting the team, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. - Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere using our intentional culture and organization values. - Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing staffing needs to support clinic efficiency. - Assess clinic performance metrics provided by the Business Intelligence team and provide feedback to leadership and clinic staff on opportunities for improvement. ## Clinic Growth - Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, athletic organizations, and community partners to enhance clinic visibility. - Engage in local networking, outreach initiatives, and participate in educational events to promote the clinic. - Support efforts to strengthen the clinic’s reputation and expand its referral base within the community. ## Operations & Compliance - Ensure billing and clinical documentation are accurate and compliant with all guidelines. - Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining full compliance in all operations. - Contribute to budgeting and participate in strategic planning for overall clinic performance.
